MiraLuna Child Safety Standards

MiraLuna is an adults-only relationship-building and intentional-connection platform operated by Luv Coach AI Limited Liability Company. MiraLuna is available only to people 18 years of age or older.

Although minors are not permitted to use MiraLuna, we maintain a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse and exploitation, child sexual abuse material, grooming, sextortion, trafficking, and any other conduct that sexually exploits, abuses, or endangers a child.

Our zero-tolerance standard

MiraLuna prohibits users from using the platform to:

• Create, upload, store, request, distribute, or share child sexual abuse material.
• Sexualize or exploit a person under 18 years of age.
• Groom or attempt to groom a child for sexual activity or exploitation.
• Solicit sexual images, messages, meetings, or other sexual conduct involving a child.
• Threaten, blackmail, or coerce a child, including through sextortion.
• Facilitate or promote the sexual trafficking or commercial sexual exploitation of a child.
• Impersonate a minor or misrepresent age for the purpose of exploiting another person.
• Use a MiraLuna profile, photograph, message, or link to direct someone toward child exploitation elsewhere.
• Upload photographs or other content depicting a minor in a sexualized, exploitative, or inappropriate context.

 

These prohibitions apply to profiles, photographs, messages, conversations, links, usernames, and every other form of content or conduct on MiraLuna.

Definitions

Child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) includes content or behavior that sexually exploits, abuses, or endangers a child. This includes grooming, sextortion, sexual trafficking, solicitation, and attempts to obtain or distribute sexual content involving a minor.

Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) includes visual material depicting or representing a minor engaged in sexually explicit conduct. This includes photographs, videos, altered images, and computer-generated or synthetic images when prohibited by applicable law.

Adult-only access and preventive measures

MiraLuna is restricted to adults age 18 and older.

MiraLuna uses measures designed to prevent minors from accessing its services, including:

• An adult date-of-birth requirement and age gate during account creation.
• Blocking accounts that do not meet the minimum age requirement.
• Identity and profile-photo review processes for features involving member visibility.
• Staff review of profile photographs.
• Community standards that prohibit exploitation, predatory behavior, impersonation, harassment, and abuse.
• Account restriction, suspension, or termination when safety standards are violated.

 

Attempts to evade MiraLuna’s age restrictions may result in immediate account removal.

How to report a child-safety concern

Users may report suspected child exploitation, child sexual abuse material, grooming, sextortion, trafficking, or another child-safety concern using MiraLuna’s in-app reporting or Help and Support feature.

• In the app:

  • Use the Report option associated with the relevant profile and select the child-safety reporting option.

• By email:

  • Send a report to: [email protected] and use the subject line:

    • URGENT CHILD SAFETY REPORT

    • Include the member’s screen name, the location of the concerning content, and enough information to help us locate it.

    • Do not download, copy, forward, or attach suspected child sexual abuse material to an email. Report where the material appears so trained staff and appropriate authorities can address it.

If a child appears to be in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or law enforcement immediately.

How MiraLuna responds

When MiraLuna becomes aware of a possible child-safety violation, we may:

• Review the relevant account, content, photographs, messages, or activity.
• Remove or disable access to prohibited material.
• Restrict, suspend, or permanently terminate involved accounts.
• Prevent an account from appearing in search, connections, or messaging.
• Preserve appropriate account and technical records when legally permitted or required.
• Cooperate with lawful requests from law-enforcement and child-safety authorities.
• Report apparent child sexual abuse material or child exploitation to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children and/or other appropriate regional or national authorities when required by applicable law.

 

MiraLuna does not permit a user whose account has been removed for child exploitation or child sexual abuse material to create another account.

Compliance with child-safety laws

MiraLuna complies with applicable child-safety laws and reporting obligations in the jurisdictions where it operates.

Reports are reviewed and handled according to the seriousness of the concern, our published standards, and applicable law. MiraLuna may cooperate with law enforcement, child-safety organizations, platform providers, and other legally authorized entities when responding to child-safety concerns.
