At MiraLuna, we are committed to providing a thoughtful, supportive, and high-integrity experience for every member and coaching client. Please review this Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully before enrolling, purchasing, or booking any MiraLuna service.
MiraLuna membership provides access to our guided experience, platform resources, community support, and other membership features for the applicable enrollment period.
MiraLuna does not collect payment upfront before onboarding. After onboarding, you may be given access to begin exploring the MiraLuna membership experience before completing your purchase.
You may delay completing your membership purchase for up to 3 days after onboarding. This allows you time to decide whether you would like to continue with the paid MiraLuna membership.
If you do not complete your purchase within the 3-day period, your access may be paused, limited, or canceled.
Once you choose to complete your membership purchase, your payment is non-refundable.
Because you have the opportunity to experience MiraLuna after onboarding before payment is required, MiraLuna does not offer refunds after a membership payment has been processed.
This includes, but is not limited to, partial periods of use, unused access, missed participation, early cancellation, or changes in personal circumstances.
Private 1:1 coaching sessions, packages, and related coaching services are purchased separately from membership unless otherwise stated.
All private 1:1 coaching purchases, packages, and sessions are non-refundable once purchased or booked. This includes unused sessions, missed sessions, cancellations, schedule conflicts, or changes in personal circumstances.
MiraLuna may, at its discretion, allow rescheduling based on availability and any applicable scheduling guidelines, but rescheduling is not guaranteed and does not create a right to a refund.
Small group coaching programs, circles, cohorts, and sessions are non-refundable once purchased or enrolled in.
Because group coaching spaces are limited and reserved in advance, refunds are not available for missed sessions, schedule conflicts, non-attendance, withdrawal from the group, or partial participation.
MiraLuna membership renews automatically every 3 months unless canceled before the renewal date.
Renewal payments are non-refundable once processed.
To avoid being charged for the next renewal period, you must cancel at least 3 days prior to your renewal date.
If a renewal payment has already been processed, cancellation will stop future renewals, but it will not result in a refund for the current renewal period.
You may cancel your membership at any time through your MiraLuna portal.
Cancellation stops future renewals only. You will continue to have access through the remainder of your current paid billing period.
Canceling your membership does not automatically cancel or refund any private 1:1 coaching, small group coaching, or other separately purchased services.
Because MiraLuna provides access to membership materials, platform features, community resources, and coaching-related opportunities, all payments are non-refundable once processed, except where required by law.
